If you are over 16 and have a senior rotax motor read this........
29 JUNE WAKEFIELD AASA MEETING UPDATE 30/4/2008 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for drivers interested in having a go at superkarting and the thrill of racing the big tracks.
29 June - Wakefield Park NSW - AASA (1-day)
Drivers will be able to buy a AASA Level 2 license for $60 that will enable you to run BOTH Wakefield Park rounds with the Superkart Club of NSW! YES, you read correctly ...
-------------------------------------------------------------------
NO NEED FOR A CAMS OR AKA LICENCE.
So if you have a ROTAX or a GEARBOX kart and want you, your friends, neighbours, mum or dad to try long-circuit racing, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE! For a 1 day event, this will be a busy day, and you'll get to watch the cars racing between our events. All for a $60.00 licence and around $230.00 entry fee. Contact info@superkart.org.au to register your interest.
-------------------------------------------------------------
This is a great opportunity to run long track TWICE. The entry fee may seem expensive compared to sprint but the number of laps is huge and it is on the full track. To give you an idea, we ran at Oran Park South Circuit last weekend and did so many kilometres we used 18 litres of fuel! We had 75 laps of the complete south circuit so the value is there and the experience will show you a different side of racing, one where you get a lot of time to plot and think about what is going on.
